Synopsis
Nick visits Carla and throws down the gauntlet - George has reversed his decision on the Turners building and is now allowing him to use it. Carla's shocked to realise that Nick now has premises, staff and orders. Carla, however, won't go down without a fight and meeting Paul Stokes, she offers to undercut Nick. Will Paul double-cross Nick? Meanwhile Leanne and Peter find themselves in an unlikely foursome with Natasha and Nick in The Rovers. However, when talk turns to how Nick and Leanne once eloped, Natasha's prickly. Playing her ace, Natasha mentions that Leanne was once on the game - but how will Nick react to her news? Elsewhere, the social worker's confused as an angry Steve and Becky demand to know why the Windasses were allocated a child first; John panics when the Windasses ask him about a new sofa; Anna clears up the misunderstanding with the McDonalds and reveals that the baby is their nephew; Graeme worries that Tina's going off him; and Dawn talks the Becky and Steve through the adoption system
